LO3 Task 3: KTA 12 - Analysis of survey feedback
I can agree with everybody on who responded to the 1st question because all of the answers given are venues within the sheffield area and many festivals such as tramlines have been hosted there.
i wanted to know what colours would seem appropriate for a electronic themed music festival, the one person who said it makes no sense was obviously messing around and didnt answer what is a simple question, however i ddi manage to collect these results and put them into use in my final pieces.
I wanted to know if anybody knew any sheffield electronic artists but instead i was given names of world-class artists such as daft punk, again a few people did not give serious answers.
I needed a demographic for the answers people made depending on the gender and how it could possibly effect the answer.
Knowing how many people would go to SCF would be helpful because i wanted to see if multiple venues were needed.

women:34%
median age: 24
steve is 26 and is an electronic enthusiast and lives every moment to hear the pounding bass! everyday he gets up to go to work at graphic design studio in sheffield to do various work for different companys in the area, but in his spare time he loves to listen to artsists such as skrillex, avicii and the 501 he also loves to play xbox with his mates, he cant get enough of the thing!
Friday evenings are his favourite; cold beers, friends round at his apartment and they're all playing call of duty!
Theory:
1. John Hartley (1987) Suggested that media produces create 'invisible fictions' of their target audience.
2. Ien Ang (1991) Similarly argued that all media producers create 'imaginary entities' of their target audience before creating a media product.
